Adapting lines to legal requirements

A very important part of our business is the adaptation of lines to legal requirements, as well as to ever-changing industry standards. We are familiar with European, US and Asian regulations, which means that we can retrofit machines in accordance with various standard systems, including PN-EN, ISO, ESD and DIN. Thus, we serve customers worldwide and their subsidiaries operating in Poland. A particularly large number of line adaptation orders are related to the need to improve their energy efficiency and safety standards (e.g. tool directive).

We can also adapt lines based on the organisation’s internal purposes. In many cases, the service consists of getting the line operation up to the new guidelines set out by the industrial plant management. We often receive such orders from quenching companies handling large series of different types of products.

 

Modernisation of quenching lines with documentation

We carry out all servicing, modernisation works and adaptation of industrial lines to various requirements with precision and clarity. We prepare designs, cost estimates and technical documentation necessary to fulfil formal obligations. Our clients’ lines are therefore ready for even the strictest inspections by state authorities. We also undertake refurbishments of quenching plants according to our clients’ specifications. We install new components from recognised brands and also replace worn-out parts. We ensure that quenching lines are kept in perfect working order and become highly automated, innovative, energy-efficient and productive workstations.
